But Martha, what you're saying right now is so important because one of the things that people say to me all the time is if we follow our knowing, oh, we're just going to follow our knowing.

I was in an interview recently where someone said, well, we're all just going to be, we're going to be running around killing each other.

It's going to be murder.

So that's what you think of human nature?

I want no one to panic because Martha is going to stay with us for our next episode to answer some practical questions about how we begin.
