Yeah.
Lederhosen, yes.
Yeah, Halloween, going back to our German roots.
Although I'm actually from northern Germany.
It's funny, I came to America, everyone's like, where's your Lederhosen?
I'm like, we don't wear those.
But I played the part.
But the reality was, while my life was in a lot of ways great, like, I had this...
Talked about it, but I had this constant fear of failure and anxiety, which is very hard to deal with for a few years.
And then luckily, I met Jim Dethmer.
He's curated this whole conscious leadership movement, conscious.is.
And ever since then, 2008 through YPO, I met a coach, conscious leadership coach, Jim.
I've been working with coaches ever since.
And it has helped me, I think, much better lead, much better connect with people.
And I was, I think in hindsight, I was kind of abusing myself.
My first company, I was beating myself up all the time.
I'm going to fail and I'm not doing enough.
And frankly, then I would eat and drink too much to kind of try to stuff my anxiety.
And so I think what I've been working on ever since is being more conscious, meditating, breathing.
For me, it's working out every morning, but doing something to take care of myself every day.
