You've seen it this season, the recruitment was really, really bad.

There was a split between the supporters, a split in the board.

All of a sudden, Martin O'Neill had to come in and take all that on board and put everything together.

He's achieved that, Gordon, he's achieved that.

So Celtic, if they're really going to get their work done, has to be within days now.

Is Martin O'Neill staying on as a manager?

Is he staying on in any capacity?

Are they a new manager already lined up?

These are answers that the Celtic fans want.

Yeah, I think we are saying they've gone all rolled into one.

You know, it is the end of an era for some of the players.

The fans are wondering, is this the last time we'll see Martin O'Neill walking around Hamden or in a track suit, you know, celebrating a victory, a cup or whatever it may be.

So that's why the Celtic fans, and on top of that,

They've got to get everything right now.

They've come in for a lot of criticism.

They've got away with it because Martin O'Neill's deflected everything, all the negative stuff away from the supporter by producing it on the pitch.

But it's going to be a big summer.
