I've played with someone who did that on a regular basis.
No, scoring goals between, he would shoot, and I'm behind him saying, don't shoot, you're father.
I'm saying, don't shoot, and he'd end up going between people's legs.
And I quickly worked out he meant it.
He meant it time and time again.
And you think about it, a defender's automatically, the minute he shifts that ball, the defender's going to stretch to try and get a block on it.
So I suppose just aim a little bit closer to the body and you'll end up going through legs more often than not.
I think he's a real technician.
You know, he doesn't get involved in the hurly-burly of the game.
He's rather about people when the ball's there to be won, but he never goes in to win it solidly.
He's poking it away from people.
He's not built for that part of the game.
But when he's got...
which all the great players have.
They have an awareness that the lesser players don't have.
When he gets the ball, he knows what he's doing long before he's even touched the ball.
He knows he's got a radar on the pitch where the danger is when he's in possession.
And again, he's like all the top men.
He has a picture that few people have.
He is a very, very special player.
