That's like the next jump or the jump after that.
But again, the millennials, Gen Z, you don't have options.
Condos are your best thing, but then you have to deal with HOAs.
So we have to find a way to make building smaller homes profitable.
I completely agree.
If we can't, as I said, if they can't do it profitably, they won't do it.
And that's why we're not building them.
So I don't have a silver bullet or an answer.
You could find government land and give them away, but most of that lands in places people don't want to be.
You could try to lower regulations.
There's all kinds of things.
You just, you have to have a focused effort to say, hey, you know, again, I'm just thinking off the top of my head.
If you build a home that's less than a thousand square feet,
you know, we'll waive X, Y, and Z conditions.
That could work, right?
You have to create a stick and a carrot.
And right now there's neither.
I say you live where you want and invest where the numbers make sense.
Again, there are folks that want to always be around their family.
The family unit's important and that's awesome.
