That's step one.
You have to have money that you could plant, whether it's stocks, crypto, classic cars, whatever your thing is.
I don't care what it is.
I got a buddy of mine who has a seven-figure portfolio in ice hockey cards, but that's his thing.
That's his jam.
So be it.
So again, have disposable income, step one.
Either make more money or spend less.
