No.

We're going to grow our way out of this.

They're either going to default or we're going to grow.

Dude, inflation's a feature, not a bug.

Well, again, I think everybody should do their thing.

I have a very dark history with the stock market.

I turned from seven to two to go to 40.

I chose to become a real estate expert.

If you want to take the time to study the stock market, if you want to take the time to do that, then you should do your thing, right?

I'm not here to tell you that real estate is the right answer for everybody.

In fact, it's probably not the right answer for most people.

Most people should buy index funds.

Most people should buy mutual funds.

They should save for their 401k.

But if you want to grind and you want to have a buy box and you want to be a freak of nature and look at it every day for three years like I did, then I welcome you to the party.
