I absolutely love that you mentioned the need to not AI-ify the process you have, but to maybe toss that process to the side and relearn it from the ground up in a different way.

I think that's a really crucial thing, and it's a mistake I see made constantly.

It's like, all right, here's our process.

Let's go through and step by step build this to replicate that.
