Developer Cloud Chamber also suffered layoffs with studio head Kelly Gilmore departing and former Diablo boss Rod Ferguson taking over.
Some may recall how Ferguson was called in years ago to be a closer for Bioshock Infinite and to get the game out the door.

Like there's an expectation for what Bioshock four would be, even though I guess to an infinite, you know, various levels of quality on who you talk to.

I just feel like this is the classic conglomerate, triple-A gestation of this happens, we rebooted it, we did this, we brought this, and eventually, even though they're Take-Two and they have GTA, eventually they're going to look at it and go, this just isn't coming together, cancel it.
