What new Pokémon games are coming to the Switch?
You, of course, have been through the show many a time, but I can't remember the last time we got to do it, and I feel like it might have even been when you were like, you know what? I'm quitting the day job, and I'm going all in. How's that working out for you?
i think you know we were talking a little bit before the show like you know despite it being pretty dire pretty much everywhere yeah uh in the world you know i'm still i'm still uh having a good time meeting a lot of cool cool people um i'm feeling good that's all that matters and yeah uh i mean it Todd Howard kept the spot warm for me this week, so I can't complain.

Bring me up to speed. What have you been playing so far this year? What are we looking forward to? How are we feeling about 2026 in gaming?
Yeah, I'm feeling good. And, you know, with JK Games, if anyone doesn't know, like, we obviously cover the news at JK Games. But it's been a little, it's been something that we want to figure out to, like, make us a little bit more niche.
What details are emerging about the Bioshock movie?

And, I mean, I watch it. So I was like, well, I don't need to.

Yeah. But yeah, we started doing something that I've seen before, but it's a little different. And, you know, instead of, I mean, it's called, we're calling it Video Game Book Club, but we're not reading. I don't read. You can tell. You'll tell. We don't read. That's in Arkansas on you. Yeah, Arkansas. But yeah, to that point, we do a game pretty much every couple weeks, three weeks, four weeks, depending on how long the game is. We just finished, or we're about to finish Re-Animal. And the goal is like, hey, if no one else in your friend's space is playing Re-Animal, do you want to come play with us and talk about it every week on Monday nights? So that's the journey we're on right now and just trying to figure out a way to like build community.
Sure.
Try and play people that want to play games that maybe that they haven't played in a while. Like we've never played Wolf Among Us. We just finished that.
Wow, what'd you think?
On the last two weeks. Yeah, it was fun. Never played it. None of us have at JK Games. So we went back in time, played that and had a lot of people join us and share their thoughts and compare decisions. So yeah, it's been pretty fun.
