Here's why it's incoherent, and there's a bunch of this I don't understand.

You keep on saying that these men are going to get divorced, and yet I'm proposing non-state marriages.

How are they going to get divorced?

Well, you can only say then via common law.

But again, you have no defense yourself against common law.

Okay, so what I don't understand here, again, and I'm going to ask again, in your incoherent worldview, you keep on saying that these men who I propose this to are going to get divorced.

But I'm not proposing that they get married through the state.

The state's the one who does the divorces.
