But what happens is, is like, we can't control what people do.

or a store even takes a delivery and doesn't put it in the refrigerator right away, you know, an hour or two of being out, yes, you kind of awaken the fermentation and depending on the fruit juice that's being used, nature will start to take off.
So yes, that was the challenge.
