tried to charge me with her murder, right?
Disappearance, murder, whatever.
They'd never been able to find her and I said, well, logically speaking, you've got no proof of life.
That's apparently the Australian law.
No proof of life means she's got to be dead, which means she's got to be murdered.
I mean, it's all kind of
But, I don't know, it doesn't really make good sense.
I says, yeah, but you've got no proof of death either.
So how can it be that your law says you can charge me or anyone else with a murder when you've got no proof of her murder?
Over the time, because I've looked it up on the internet now and again to see if any progress has been made.

Yeah, it just sort of bothered me how they could, because there is no proof of life, they can't find her.
How can they know that she's not alive somewhere?
I mean, isn't that a rational thing to think?
Could she have, I'm not saying, could she have disappeared out of the country, anything?
I don't know, I've got no idea.
North Australia, it's not very hard to disappear out of Australia or into Australia, especially up the north end.
So, yeah, it just seemed a bit unfair, a bit unfair to me to be saying that I was capable of doing something
It's like they wanted to arrest me and charge me or whatever and then hopefully get me to spill beans or whatever to fill in the gaps that they didn't know anything about.
