Yes, barbecue type flavors are very popular with both children and also a lot of Mexicans.
So a lot of tacos, fajitas, that kind of stuff.
So chicken features normally quite heavily in all of those meals.
How does that sound to you, Hannah?
I think the whole concept of decision fatigue is very real.
So I think having that solution instantly takes away a lot of that hassle every night when you think, oh, I've got to think about what we're having for dinner again.
And I don't have a slow cooker.
So maybe that's another solution to my problem.
I think there's been some really good tips and it's all about being organised ahead of the cooking, if that makes sense.
So I think if you can start with getting those basics in place, so the freezer space, the labelling, it makes it all a lot more, I think a lot more realistic and a lot more manageable.
So we've decided to start with chicken thighs and then the plan is to cook enough chicken to make three meals in the week.
So we're starting today with chicken tacos and then we'll have chicken salad and then finally some chicken with pesto pasta.
So it's time to take the chicken out of the oven now.
