That's what I kind of feel.

I think there is a kind of sharper, more extreme end of mental health experiences that there's still a lot of taboo around.

I think people can get very uncomfortable.

And I really wanted to write about what I'd gone through and make people see that this can happen to all kinds of different people.

and that those people really deserve to be listened to and be allowed to share their experiences and talk about them.
