Sure.
So Quantum is a marketing performance analytics company.
I mean, in short, brands spend money advertising their products and sort of building a brand value.
And what we help brands do is understand what is the outcome of that advertising.
So what is the ROI on all their advertising spend?
Attribution.

Attribution.
Yes, attribution, marketing mix, those are sort of the two broad ends of essentially what we do.
What we also do for our clients is a lot of consumer research based on what a consumer is talking about the brand on social media channels as well as other digital forums.
So no, we do not do a SaaS model because we work with very large enterprises and large enterprises need sort of a lot more love.
So as an attention, so it's typically on a contract basis, we do annual contracts and it's based on the analysis that we're going to do for them.
That is right.
Our revenue is more like an agency than that of a SaaS company.

We truly launched it in 2013, although I left my job back in late 2011 trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my career and what kind of work I wanted to do.
I was with an agency before this, but I really did not want to sit and create campaigns.
I've been a math guy forever, so it took me a year and a half to figure out the type of math I wanted to do.
I came back to marketing, but in 2013, we raised our seed round, and that's when we truly sort of launched the company.
So we just raised one seed round.
