That there's so many beautiful aspects to the work that you're doing and you're not necessarily getting to do them because I think there's a very kind of maybe simple because there, which is that

you have the skill set, none of that stuff can happen unless you're doing the job that you're doing.

I've never heard that type one and type two, but it makes perfect sense.

I can think of lots of things that are type two fun when you do something that's really hard work and really painful and really whatever.

But the thing at the end of it is just epic.
