But I like the flavor of medium the most.

Like I think medium is the best, it's the most flavorful way to eat it.

I find that rare is too chewy and I find often medium rare is too chewy.

And Alex Cost got me on it.

He was always medium and I would chirp him forever.

And then I started going medium.

It's just like way better.

But I think that you nailed part of why it's way better is you avoid it coming too rare.

My definition of medium is like a faint, faint pink color.

I think I'm just out on sending food back.

I don't think I – so as I – I used to be – maybe I used to be a big sender backer.

I don't know the last time I sent something back.

And I ask – I say, call me on it.

When is the last time I've sent a meal back?

Okay, so there are a couple of things as I think about this.

When I ask for fries extra crispy and they don't come extra crispy...

That is it, and that I got from my friend's dad growing up would always, whenever the fries would come, it was an ongoing joke.

He'd be like, the fries are cold, and he'd always send back the fries.

Even if the fries weren't cold, it was an automatic reaction.

But I think I've become that man as a Fries X Crispy.
