It's quite normal.
You know, you're in this weird, you're coming into your body, you're finding your place in the world.
And I was fortunate that the Reach Foundation, a youth organization started by Jimmy Stein's footy player,
and Paul Curry, they entered my life when I was 16, they come to my school.
And I started off as a participant that day.
And then I become a crew member over the next few years.
And I worked with them for years.
And I, what they did for my life was give me an opportunity for me to just delve inside and build curiosity and openness and have this sense of like, I could sit down with any human and try and find common ground with them, you know,

She's a Muslim journalist and she spent time.
She's done many series.
She spent time on the front line with jihadists.
She also spent time with white supremacists.
And just through the process of actually talking to them like they're fucking human, she
rather than demonizing them through the process of maybe two years, it took a while, the head of the white supremacist group actually left because he built this connection with a dark woman, you know, and it sort of went against all of his beliefs, you know, and it was just this beautiful sense of like,
showing genuine care and they're human, you know, and actually talking to them and I'm saying, Hey, why do you feel like this?
Why, why do you think these guys are the problem?
Why, you know, and just like genuinely asking rather than criticizing, you know, I think we attack and I'm like, that's not solving anything.
It makes people double down at like every fucking time you feel attacked.
