Yeah, it's very sad.

So how long have you been on the ground?

I know you're back in D.C.

now.

I see the White House shot behind you there.

But how long were you on the ground in Minnesota?

Haley, I was on the ground for five days.

And so I got there Wednesday night when after the shooting.

So I missed that initial protest where people were streaming the streets.

And I got to the we call it the visual scene where her where the place she was shot was surrounded with candles night of.

And it was just truly the protest that wouldn't end.

And it was like day after day.

And you think about Minneapolis and how cold it was.

I was freezing.

And so it's just like I knew they were freezing.

It was sleeting and they were coming out rain or shine and just continuing to protest this for months.

And one thing I did start to notice, though, was they do do this in shifts.

And I kept hearing this.

The first morning that I was there, a woman said, hey guys, we're moving out to the neighborhoods.

We hit our goal time.
