That's what that is.

You can disagree with ICE's efforts if you want, and your peaceful protests are protected.

What you cannot do is commit crimes and call it a protest.

You're not absolved from wrongdoing or consequences because you call yourself a protester or a legal observer, as some on the left are calling it.

And I don't want anyone to die.

What we saw, I mean, that's worst case scenario, right?

But you have to be safe and abide by the rule of law while exercising your First Amendment rights.

If a police officer feels threatened, you're in the danger zone.

And so many of these encounters can be totally avoided, which makes it all the more disappointing and all the more devastating that this woman had a six-year-old son.

Just horrible.

And tomorrow we are going to have Scott Bryson on.

You know, if you watch his show, he comes on usually once a week and we do our breakdowns of situations just like this one, breaking news situations and also safety tips and all of that.

So former Secret Service agent, he is going to break down this incident further and we'll dissect the actions of that agent and take a more careful look into it.

So be on the lookout for that.

We're going to do that tomorrow night.

And I think it's going to be a really important conversation.

And, you know, death by cop situations always dominate the news cycle.

They always bring up conversations about police brutality and race and gun control and other hot topics that get the left all riled up.

And last night, Jimmy Kimmel covered this story, but wasted no time joking about it and also insinuating that President Trump is a killer.
