You're like, I'm never drinking again.
And then all of a sudden it's next weekend rolls around and it's like, I'm back.
I was curious for a little bit, but not too curious.
But, you know, people are using these drinks to get through dry January, which is – it kind of begs the question, are you really doing dry January if you're ramping up smoking weed or you're replacing alcohol with some other vice?
Is it really – are you really sober curious?
Are you really doing it?
But, you know, hey, whatever.
If it works for you, it works for you.
If, you know, one of these more natural drinks –
gets you through dry January or sober October or whatever.
If it helps, it helps.
But yeah, this is why I started 75 hard in January because there's no better months to do it.
January, February, March, there's nothing going on, no holidays, nothing that requires drinking.
It's actually a very easy time, in my opinion, to try to not drink or to try to be sober curious because what's in March?
St.
Patrick's Day, that's a very...
drink heavy holiday but my 75 hard will be over on that day I don't necessarily participate in St.
Patrick's Day drinking anymore I'm a little too old for that but when I was living in New York City St.
Patrick's Day was like a huge we would all get dressed up and go out and especially when you're in college it's any opportunity to drink you do it right there's a party there's a theme it's like let's go um but yeah so I figured January to March mid-March it's a great
time to do it and i was looking into this this study came up on my for you page or on my explore page on instagram rather and apparently dry january participation has hit an all-time high but one in three do not succeed so this study was done by or health and 47 of people who drink once a month
