Well, I do want to get into some new changes that the Trump administration is making, especially in the Maha department.
And yesterday they unveiled a new food pyramid along with new dietary guidelines for Americans.
And the tagline is eat real food.
Imagine that.
Eat real food.
I mean, we should have been doing this all along.
It's really amazing that it's taken this long to update this.
Although I will say, I don't think that very many people follow this pyramid.
I mean, the last time that I looked at the food pyramid was in elementary school, to be honest with you.
But we're going to get into the old one in just a second.
But this new...
Food pyramid is upside down.
It is upside down.
And at the very top is all the things that you should be eating and prioritizing in your diet.
Meat.
Cheese, you know, not too much, but some good cheese, some vegetables, and then you got some real whole milk in there.
You've got some fats, some healthy fats like avocado and some oil, not seed oils, right?
Nothing fat like that, but good fats, right?
And you've got some fruits and vegetables, of course.
Butter right there in the middle because, you know, steak and butter can't get better than that.
