And you know, I mentioned again, and this is like, I'm not trying to be the person who does CrossFit and then they can't shut up about doing CrossFit.

But like cutting out alcohol is one of the easiest parts for me.
Drinking a gallon of water to me is harder than that.
It's just way harder to drink that much water.
And I put flavoring in it and stuff, but not drinking alcohol is easy for me.
I can go to a social setting and not feel like I need a drink to get through it.
I think some people use alcohol as a crutch.
And like Dr. Oz was even saying in that clip, I think people, it's a good thing.
If you drink in a social setting, it can be a good thing, but I think some people can abuse it.
And it's okay to deprive yourself of things you want.
This treat yourself culture is so toxic.
You don't have to give into every craving you have.
Just because you want to have a glass of wine when you get home from work doesn't mean you need to.
And you don't have to reward yourself with food or drink.
You're not a dog.
So I always remind myself that food is fuel.
