I can't go outside.
I can't, you know, go for a run outside.
No reason to get a beach body.
So I guess I'll stay in and drink.
So that makes sense to me.
And this study also said that the biggest reasons to cause people to drink were celebratory events,
cravings, social pressure, and anxiety, which I find interesting because I can totally understand, you know, my computer's about to die.
Hold on here.
Thank you.
I can understand people who have, again, mental health reason for grabbing a drink.
That makes sense to me.
And the celebratory thing, that makes sense to me.
But, you know, it's kind of sad to see that this statistic, 27% of people who attempted dry January failed.
They couldn't get through 31 days of being sober.
And this to me means that more people are addicted to alcohol than they think.
And, you know, there's nothing wrong with having a drink every once in a while.
But if you can't go a month without alcohol, I would really reassess your relationship with it.
You might want it.
It might be fun to go out and drink with your friends, right?
You might want to get a glass of wine at dinner.
