gorgeous, right?

I live in the most beautiful place in the world on the water for 17 years.

I love it.

However, to live in a pandemic with a child and zoom in one room and me in the other room on the computer and zoom all day.

And we had no space, right?

So ever since that happened,

It just became clear to me I really wanted to have space.

That was something really important to me.

And I didn't know how it was going to happen, but it's been something I've been putting out to the universe, right?

This is what I want.

Don't know how it's going to come to be.

And the reason why I say that is I bought this place in 2005, which was literally at the height of the market.

South Beach was on fire.

You couldn't even get in.

Very similar to what it's like now.

But because I bought at the height of the market, I just always assumed I had to own this place forever because I wouldn't be able to make a profit.

I just end up renting it out, you know, years later.

But I felt I was stuck here.

OK, so as long as I held on to that belief, I remained here.
