This is going to happen.

We've got to be certain that we're putting out that right energy and we're attracting that right buyer.

And we know what's going to happen.

So he agreed and went back to market.

And wouldn't you know, in the next week, we had two offers, neither nearly as good as the other ones that we had previously.

But at this point, I was just so committed to moving and making it happen.

So yeah.

We decided the offer that we wanted to take, you know, with the people.

It was a company.

It just seemed like a better deal than working with these individuals.

And anyhow, then it was delayed and then it was delayed.

And I'll tell you, in my mind, I'm going back and forth between

oh my gosh, I know this is gonna happen, I know this is gonna work, right?

This knowing and this certainty that I'm putting the right energy and vibe out there.

And then of course, on certain not so great days, becoming negative Nelly and then second guessing and panicking and freaking out, right?

Which does not help.

It definitely doesn't help.

So I stayed committed to this, knowing that the right buyer was coming, that the deal was going to get done.

And then I asked God for a sign.

I said, please give me a sign so that I know that this is the deal.
