I think a lot of us are people pleasers, and so we don't want to hurt anyone's feelings.

And it's not meant to be like malice or like gossipy or something.

It's genuine concern, but not having the confidence to bring it up directly with the person.

I wish I would have given her that out and been the friend that can be like, you don't have to do this if you don't want to.

Like, if you don't feel like something's right, you don't have to go through with this.
