And you think, wow, what is this all about, a driving resort?

Well, certainly I'm interested.

You can take your car, you hot it up WRX or whatever you've got.

And park it out the front of your motel unit and in the morning get up and drive around on a specially built,

which has been built into a disused mine site.

Wow.

So they've converted.

This is a tremendous innovation in Australian remediation work.

So Tony Palmer's the man behind this, this innovation.

Yes.

When he drove through the gate for the first time and saw the site open up, it was one of those moments where the vision painted itself as soon as I came through the door.

The idea of having a village, a hotel, skid pants, go-karts, not just a track, there's nothing else like it.

It's a tremendous innovation, tremendous development, where I see, according to the article here in, I think might be the Murdoch Press, where I see a dirt road, Palmer sees a world-class racetrack rollicking through the hills.

And so like the, well, they have a number of these in other parts of the world.
