It's almost I wonder if we're not listening to it until it happens and then we tap into something.
I went with my first miscarriage.
It was different because it was her heart.
I don't know, her or his heart.
I actually don't know what happened.
What that baby was, it was where I was naturally pregnant with, but the heartbeat was never right.
It wasn't like in the right number.
I think it was too slow.
And I would go and they said, maybe it'll correct, maybe correct.
But I was doing all this research.
I was like, there's no chance.
So I went on the Today Show and I talked about it right before I went to my appointment that this is the one before the later miscarriage.
And I wanted to talk about it because I felt like people weren't talking about it.
And this is a while ago.
This was pre-COVID, 2019.
And I said, what Iโฆ
wanted to do was help open the door for people to talk about having a miscarriage while they're having a miscarriage.
Because a lot of times, which only if it's right for them, because every person is allowed to have their own journey, right?
However we want to deal with grief is completely valid.
But to pretend that you're okay when you're not okay is very hard on top of being really not okay.
