I get to choose a higher, better feeling, thought and perspective.

I get to choose to believe in myself.

I get to become the person who creates the reality.

And sometimes you become the person, it might feel a bit unfamiliar.

It might feel a bit scary.

Let's use the example of

showing up on social media or booking that event or investing that money or giving generously.

That might feel unfamiliar to your limited mind self.

It might feel unfamiliar to put yourself out there.

But you do it enough to show your body that is safe because that's all your nervous system cares about.

I'm safe and I'm in the familiar.

But we do this.

You are motivated to get beyond fear.

You are motivated to show yourself that you can be safe in this higher expression because then what happens from that when you're in a higher expression, you are receiving at a higher frequency.

You don't manifest from what you say.

You manifest from who you are.

It is quite literally become her or have the identity shift of I am the person who operates this.

I am a person who trusts.

I'm a person who is calm.

I am a person who gives generously.
