So first off, we need to feel safe.
First off, your nervous system needs to feel grounded.
And, you know, we live in such a fast paced, irregular world that you need to take so much responsibility for that.
Like I'll often make the biggest moves in my business right after I've meditated.

And then I continue to regulate.
I continue to trust myself, whether that means support from people, you know, be in spaces where people champion you.
I just got off a call within the certification.
One of the women shared something and we were navigating it all.
You know, in these spaces, we can go so deep and we just, we find the illusionary belief.
We connect to what the real core actual problem is here rather than all the symptoms.
And we're able to shift things so quickly in these safe spaces.
And I actually just, as we were typing, as we were recording, she sent me a message just being like, wow, I thought I knew what it was, but it was on such a deeper new level.
And that's what happens when you're in these safe spaces.
