Because you're no longer interpreting the moment as a problem, you're interpreting it as an invitation.
So, what happens is, is that people just have this perspective that their life is just so full of all these problems.
But really, it's a problem of perspective.
When you could see there's invitations for growth, for healing, for enjoyment.
Discomfort is not the problem.
Thinking that it is a problem is the problem.
When you can wear it with lightness, when you can move through it, like that is a bigger precipice rather than saying, oh, I just never, never get triggered or nothing ever bad happens to me.
That's an unrealistic expectation.
If inevitably it does, it's how you move through it, not that it doesn't happen.
I just have a beautiful friend who's creating a new course and she did the whole course and realized that the sound wasn't on.
And I've done this before.
Like some of actually my best, most listened to episodes on here, I recorded it once.
There was something wrong happened with the recording.
I had to do it again and it was always better.
And so in the moment, I could beat myself up, feel like, screw this, not meant to happen.
Or I can say, cool, I'm actually being invited to share this in an even more powerful way.
I get a second round because if it was meant to be another way, it would have been.
I get to trust and it's totally changed my mindset and how much happier, much more fulfilled and much more successful I am when I see it that way.
Yes, of course, I have a moment where I'm annoyed, or I'm let down, or I'm disappointed.
It's not to bypass any of that.
