It has been in your awareness and it gets to the point and
I now looking back on my life, I'm so grateful when the rug was ripped underneath me or, you know, this whole even that saying, it's not even a true statement because usually there has been a progression to get to that point.
Obviously, there is nuances to this and circumstances that doesn't count for that.
But there really is this moment in our life where we need to honor and step into the energy of letting go, of destruction.
And the Vedic speak about how this is really important because then you have more space, more room, more energy, more thought, more expansion to be had in the creation energy.
So when they speak about the creation, the maintenance and the destruction, where at all times we're going to be in different areas of our lives in the different energies of these three.
So maybe in your work, you're in a season of maintenance where you've had a lot of creation, maybe
Last year you created a lot and we're in this period, it's still at the end of the year of the snake and you're in maintenance, you're cruising by, you're setting foundations, beautiful.
If that's what the season is feeling called, then there might be times where evolution is asking to be hard.
So there's going to be some letting go and some destruction and some change and some, you know, shifts where things become complete.
Now, I want to create a distinction with our wording here that oftentimes we think we have to change.
It gets to the point where you have to change because you feel like you have to or because something's wrong.
And people look for things that are wrong if they're feeling a bit off of like why they're allowed to change.
Now I'm so big about the energy behind a decision the energy that you operate and how I like to see it and it has just totally changed my view on when things have run their course or it's time to move on or it's time to shift things up.
How I say it is that something is simply complete whether it's a version of you whether it's an identity whether it's a way of working whether it's
offering of yours in your business, whether it's a relationship, whether it's a job, you know, so many times people wait for pain, for chaos, for collapse.
And this is where the universe has to intervene and rip the rug underneath you before we allow ourselves to let go.
Because change is scary for a lot of people's nervous systems.
I don't even want to say it's
scary for you, it's not scary for your true soul, it's scary for your nervous system, because the nervous system doesn't like change, and so when we just understand it, we can master the nervous system.
