So I want to talk about when it is time to let go, because really we want to be in the energy of creation dominance.
Of bringing to life what life is wanting to move through us.
The life force that is moving through us.
The truth, the intuition, the self-trust.
And so we don't want to be operating from attachment.
Now I'm going to get into attachment later on in the podcast, but a lot of the time people attach to ways, attach to identities, attach to jobs, attach to relationships, attach to ways of being, attach to offerings that they have since evolved from.
And so life will create more friction and give you more of the feeling of there's something else.
But the nervous system can find it really challenging to step into the unknown.
But this is where you get to create your new identity, your new reality.
Let's firstly just speak about completion.
Completion does not mean failure.
One of the biggest misunderstandings about letting go is the belief that something has to be wrong in order for it to end.
You know, and if it's ending, then it means you must have failed, or it means if you're leaving, you must be quitting.
If you're changing, it must mean you're confused.
No.
I had a client speaking about how she kept her shopfront open for five years because she waited out for the lease to end.
And only then did she let herself move on because, you know, she had the quote unquote excuse to say the lease ended.
When really she said in year one, it didn't feel aligned.
And so there is a difference between challenges and feeling, you know, you hear me speak about moving through resistance.
But that's only when your gut is in something.
