Hello, my loves, welcome back to the Design Just You podcast.
You're here with me, Hilary, and today we're all going to be speaking about releasing the illusion that we are the controller, releasing the illusion that you are not being divinely guided, orchestrated, that there is a higher power and how we can move with conviction in leadership and really understand that our energetic frequency and nervous system is our number one strategy.
So I want to start out with the biggest illusion that we have in life, the most rampant, just lie that we are sold is that you are somehow separate from what is divinely possible, from what is infinitely available from nature, from universe.
You know, this has been really indoctrinated into
centuries and centuries ago as a way of control, of saying that you do not have a direct connection to God, you know, if we really think about it.
Let's think about medieval times.
The people of power said that they were your only connection to a higher source.
So you had to maybe pay the church, you maybe had to revere a leader, and it was always they were the connector to safety, they were the connector to wisdom, they were the connector to being saved.
And what we have lost over time, and it's rampant in this way that we do not trust ourselves.
We feel like there is something imperfect about us.
There's something that you are missing.
There's something that you have to control.
And what this does is that it holds this heavy burden that you have to make it happen.
You have to figure everything out.
You have to control the outcomes.
You have to perfectly plan.
You have to do all the right things.
