And like, sometimes I'm the teacher and often I'm the student.
And then as well, people that I might be teaching to, I'll be learning about, you know, different things from them.
Like a client was speaking to me all around balancing with motherhood.
And it was like, you know, we have different ways and intelligences and wisdoms and experiences that we are all teaching and showing each other.
There's some people that are
two steps ahead of you, but also as well, you are two steps ahead of someone else.
It's like, there's no comparison.
There's no behind or ahead.
And so we need to release that because that's just the most illusionary thing that then stops people from actually doing what could be really incredible for the world and for others.
It's also this control of like obsessing how it has to look and, you know, creating these attachments to certain outcomes like, okay, we need to have X amount on launch date or only then will this be considered a success or only if I get certain amount of likes on this post and all of these things.
And then it creates suffering firstly, but it also means that your brain creates a perception of whether you've succeeded or failed.
And so, look, if I did that, I would be in a dark hole.
You wouldn't come out.
If you were attaching outcomes to every single thing you did, you wouldn't do anything at all.
And so when you could see and be just really proud of what you put out there, you know, I was speaking about this with a client where she was asking about how I stay consistent on social media.
And I just said, I just love the stuff that I post.
Yeah.
If I get an idea, if I'm navigating something, I find it so fun to like delve it out or speak on it or, you know, even sit and like really dissect my thoughts on this.
It's like, it's how I best learn.
They say, if you want to learn something deeper or integrate something deeper, teach it.
