And we were speaking about, she was like, yeah, I really want to create a ripple on effect of this higher frequency.

We were speaking a lot about how human design at its core changes your frequency.

We speak a lot around energy work, changing your frequency.

And it does absolutely.

Energy work, sound healing, Reiki, dance, even breath, meditation, all of these shift your frequency.

Yeah.

So what we actually need to realize, all these tools, all they are doing is shifting your frequency, the same as a nature walk, because your frequency creates your life.

And this has been scientifically proven that if you operate in a higher frequency, for example, of gratitude, love, or enlightenment, this creates a higher frequency reality.

Yes, of course, it changes your behavior.

It changes the actions you do in the world, but it's deeper than that.

It's quite literally been proven that you receive at a higher frequency.

So what she was saying, she was like, if I share human design, then it will be a ripple on effect that will really benefit the world.

absolutely, 1,000%, but also it'll be her world.

She will be operating at a higher frequency where everything around her is operating at that level.

And people that come into her life operate at that level.

The clients that come to work with her are ready to operate at that level.

And so I was explaining to her, this has kind of channeled a download as we were talking, that whatever you omit to the world,

creates a perspective that then creates your reality.
