So a lot of the time, our nervous system can be spun out because we just don't feel safe.
Or you feel like if a challenge happens or if something doesn't go right, you will spiral or think that something's going wrong.
When I realized that when challenges happen or when things don't go exactly how you have planned out,
I actually saw it that it was for the highest good.
There was something there.
There was meaning there.
There was a higher purpose.
And so then I was able to change my energy around it.
Rather than getting upset or going into a low frequency, I was able to be like, okay, I can hold this.
And so when you can hold things, like they say a lot that the more successful you get, the bigger problems you get.
But because everything's relational, someone that isn't able to hold very much, isn't able to hold problems, they're not going to have as successful of a business.
So this is all so interesting and it makes so much sense.
What do you recommend for people?
to get to this point of growth because you can have big visions, you can have big dreams, you can be a hard worker, you can have all of these things that on paper can set you up for success.
But like you're saying, it's about...
energetics and how regulated your nervous system is so what would you say the top things that people can do to help them ground themselves and get into that position and carry it on with them through that journey to doing what they want to do and living their authentic life
This is such good questions.
First thing that came to mind is cultivate the mindset and the knowing of certainty.
Now, what certainty means, it's not certainty that everything will go exactly how you want it to go.
It's certainty that however it unfolds is exactly how it's meant to unfold.
