26 Jan 2026
Chapter 1: How did the idea for 'Designed As You' originate?
Quelkan, my beautiful, beautiful sister, my 3-5 manifesting generator sister, I'm so happy that you wanted to come on. I feel like I loved our first episode and I really wanted to bring Bella back on because... Favorite person. Oh, that's mine. So Bella has some questions for me.
Chapter 2: What does it mean to follow your intuition before clarity?
She actually invited me to do this. So that was very nice as a projector. Bella doesn't know that a projector really thrives when they're invited. Oh, welcome to you. Yeah.
Chapter 3: Why is investing in yourself crucial for growth?
So it's really nice. A projector feels very seen when they're invited. So she's got some questions for us and we're going to have a little bit of an exploration, see where we go. We really wanted to talk about identity, letting go, change, because it's just a constant in our lives. You can't avoid it. You don't want to avoid it.
Yeah, and I guess I'm keen as well to pick your brain on how you've gotten to that point of letting go and shedding those limiting beliefs and how that practice has shaped who you are now and your business and how you navigate that. Let's go there. Here we go. So we'll go back to where it all started with Designed As You, your business.
How did you get to that point from, okay, I'm no longer happy with what I was doing? I need change. How did you actually settle on what the action of that change was? And I think that's what keeps people really stuck is because I feel like people think it needs to feel more obvious than what it actually does because to me it didn't feel obvious. Yeah.
Chapter 4: How can we reframe challenges as opportunities for growth?
You know, I started thinking like, oh, I'm really interested in health and a little bit spirituality, but it was too out there for me. And what I started to notice was what were the things that I was gravitating towards? And at first it was the health aspect. And I went and did a health coaching course. And when I did it, I realized it didn't actually resonate for me.
But at the same time, it got me closer to where I was feeling like I wanted to go. I didn't know exactly what it was. And I actually really resisted human design for a long time. It usually is the thing you resist. It's the thing you are interested in.
Chapter 5: What role does the nervous system play in holding new possibilities?
But there is this cognitive dissonance that can happen where your mind is almost knows that it's going to create so much change for you and the mind doesn't like change. Your nervous system doesn't actually want change. Your nervous system wants to stay in the same place because it's known and it loves it because it's safe.
So I almost feel like it's a good sign when you feel somewhat resistant to it because it actually means it's going to be really powerful for you. The thing that feels almost like an easy step. Yes, we take those little steps to get there. But for me, it really was just an interest. And it was what I was listening to podcasts about. It was what I was interested in following.
Chapter 6: How do intuition and strategy work together in business?
It was for me, the thing that created so much change in my mindset. And I truly believe that everyone has something on their heart and something that they can't explain why they're interested in it. And there's none that's better or worse. I think some people look around and be like, what are other people doing? And then that creates a safety to do it.
When in reality, safety is internally created. And so when you can start taking those little steps as you go. So for me, it was just like trusting this call that was happening within me. And do you feel like that call, I imagine, was months, if not years of, you know, you were feeling called to do something else. But was it something that happened overnight?
You woke up one morning and you said, okay, today's the day I'm going to create the website or do whatever the first thing was that you did that really cemented this is my trajectory I'm going on now. Yeah. I think when it really cemented it was when I invested something in it. So I remember investing in the training and I traveled. Investing money.
Chapter 7: What is the P.O.W.E.R practice and how can it help?
Investing money. Yeah. Investing money. I think you put your money where your mouth is and you're like, okay, I'm doing this. I think there's something about being like, I'm serious universe. I'm serious. God's world. I am doing this. Because there was, I really do believe it's like a stacking of actions. So yes, there was a day that I created the website.
Yes, there was a day that I did my first reading. That was the day that I decided I was going to start building steps. I really do think there is something to invest in it. It's a tangible thing that you're saying, okay, I'm committing to this. And as well, I think it never is an overnight thing.
Chapter 8: How can we shift our mindset to embrace change and growth?
I was so indecisive and so to-ing and fro-ing and I had so much shame and so much embarrassment of even what I wanted to do. Susan. But it's true, I was embarrassed and I think I needed to work through that.
I needed to keep on showing like daily, daily, getting into the energy that I get to feel free and I don't have to live in the torment of my own mind or in the false ideas that I'm stuck or I'm obligated to somewhere that I'm not. So what did keep you going in those moments? What were you telling yourself in those moments of shame and embarrassment and doubt? I knew you trusted the journey ahead.
I truly believe now that I was getting visited and reminded from my future self, myself now. So through meditation? Through meditation, I just moved through life and I just had this knowing and I couldn't prove it. But it wasn't that I didn't doubt it. But I just had this knowing of like, no, there's something here, there's something here, there's something here.
And I just kept this energy of like, keep going, keep going. And often people say like, what would you tell your 10-year-ago self? Often it is like, keep going or keep trusting. And whatever, by the way, you want to tell your 10-year-ago self, it's usually what you need to hear now. And so I think I tapped into the energetic frequency of it, of...
I get to live like this now rather than waiting for the actualization to happen in the future. So I get so much joy out of learning things or trialing things or posting on Instagram, just starting to feel a little bit more self-expressed or exploring in it because in the process, I was starting to create more of this pattern recognition and trust that I can move in this direction. Mm-hmm.
You know, it was such a big deal for me if someone was even interested in the same thing, or I had a realization. I remember when I first started getting realizations or was aware of them, it was like, I just got this realization that X, Y, and Z, and this heals X, Y, and Z. You know, I started to see the progress that was happening internally.
But yeah, it was hard and it was lonely and I was so fearful. When you're going through all of those feelings and you're entering the unknown but you have that gut feeling and that intuition or your higher self is being called in to show you the way essentially.
Do you feel like with your business that you had a clear vision of what that was going to look like or do you feel like it was more of an organic journey? Yeah. as opposed to overnight? Such a good question. I know because I used to think that it had to be overnight and I used to doubt things if it wasn't instantly moving.
And so now what I realize is that you're not meant to see basically a future timeline in your current timeline. What I could conceive of, what was possible, so limited then. It was expansive for me in that moment, but it was limited to what was actually possible.
