That's just one example.
That kind of a concept, that kind of my realization.
It's not relevant to just Japanese people.
Even though those are Japanese traditions, Japanese spirituality, but we can share with anybody with any background in the world.
Basically, I'm finding, I keep finding or I try to keep finding.
something that I can feel grateful for.
Then that's the basically nutshell, because I learned that the spirituality is a tool to define and show, express appreciation, even the words we speak, even the food.
For example, like when I, it's a tradition, it's a customary saying, itadakimasu.
In Japanese.
When before you eat.
We eat, yes.
It means I humbly accept.
The thing is, there's no subject there.
So it is you, you fill the blank.
