Would you say that women who give childbirth younger, the earlier you start perimenopause and menopause?
You know, I think there's a lot of correlation right now between like looking at your period and when that started, that would be more of the correlation.
I think with regard to pregnancy, oftentimes they look at what happened during pregnancy and they look at cardiovascular, like how your heart is doing.
And so that's an important thing to know.
And I don't necessarily know that if you had children at a younger age, that you would start perimenopause at an earlier age, but I sure know that there's a lot of time in there, right?
For you to be paying attention on what's going on with your hormones and your

I'll be 38 in July.
So have you already started having that conversation with your doctor or no?
I have, you know, it's crazy lately.
I mean, I'm ADHD.
I have severe anxiety.
I've always had anxiety, depression, but I've noticed over since I turned and I told Dala this the other day, I said, as soon as I turned 36, I really started seeing things change.
Like my face, just elasticity was not the same.
My anxiety, I'm not sleeping.
I have suffered from severe night sweats for the last probably six years.
