Because if you're wondering how Gia is taking all of this as her circle gets smaller by the day, she has now taken to using her daughter as like an excuse and in content, which I personally feel a bit off about.
Back in December, as I've already mentioned on here, the last time I spoke to Gia when she phoned me up upset saying how she was going to be the villain and she can't believe it, me having zero context to any of the storylines really, I said to her, well, if Scott really has led you and your daughter on by meeting her and saying, you know, what's going to happen post-show as a little family, only to then dump both of you, like, Gia, you should play into the single mum thing because you're
people will then see the real you and women will connect with that and yeah they'll feel sorry for you so if the show is making you look like a villain because of whatever scott does that fact of him leading you and your daughter on and you're reminding them you're still a single mom will go in your favor
And I gave her this PR strategy because I did briefly feel sorry for her and thought maybe she was telling the truth somewhat to me.
And Gia has been using the mum card for a while now.
Gia, do you regret going on maths?
Oh, wow.
Okay, yeah.
In her various radio interviews, she's been talking about the hate her daughter has been receiving at school, which is disgusting and not something that should be happening.
And she's also been talking about wanting to set a better example to her daughter.
But the issue is...
these interviews just haven't worked.
And usually when a public figure does go into crisis mode like this, and this method of distracting from the drama by deflecting with something that would lead to sympathy does work.
But as I've said a lot on this podcast, things are different this year and the public, you guys listening more than ever,
you just see through these things.
And that card, which Gia has been holding onto, the single mum play, which she would have been banking on being able to turn everything around for her, it just hasn't worked at all.
And what we're now seeing is her re-strategizing in real time.
And because over the weekend, Gia went one step more than just referencing her daughter in interviews by physically bringing her daughter in,
into the narrative and the drama.
And she did a TikTok of the pair cuddling and dancing, which it was cute if you just see it as a cute mom and daughter moment.
