Yeah, you know, I just, I would think that it's like, hey, I like it a little harder or I like it a little softer.

I don't think anybody wants it soft.

I mean, I think they want something that really catches.

So I would think that there probably isn't that much variation on what guys want.

But... You would hope not.

Is Erceg, you know, if he's comfortable here, do you not mess with what ain't broke and it's his job until, you know, he falters or has an injury or do you try to work, you know, is he more valuable pitching as well as he's pitching, which I'd like to, I would offer up to Matt Cotrero if I were one of the guys sitting in the room with him that, well, maybe he's pitching so well because now he finally has his role and he knows when he's coming up and not everybody can just hop up and get ready to go again.

It's not like the old days where it's like,

Get him up and get in there in two minutes.
