There's a Chuvus Mari Vail, Talmud of the Mariel, who says that that some people have a practice
that they save their lula from sukkahs, to use it to fire up the oven, as fuel for the oven, when they bake matzos.
Because given the sabbath of mitzvah, you sabbath of mitzvah achriti.

The Torah quotes a minag, that on every matzah of Shabbos, when you're making the bari rei b'samim, you should use the hadassim that you used on sukkahs, on matzah of Shabbos.
Again, once you did one mitzvah, the Bach in Hilchas Chanukah writes, that on matzah of Shabbos Chanukah,
The Ner Havdalah should be used to light the Hanukkah candles.
Mishabur writes that it's a good idea to burn the Hametz with the Hoshanos from Hoshana Rabbah.
You probably have seen that, right?
Meaning that the people will, not the Hoshanos, usually throw that on the Aron, but people will use the Lulavim at least to burn the Hametz.
