I did my own TV show, Hugh's You Have a Problem, and it did five seasons.

And it started rating well, and then the ratings went down, and it was pressure on from probably season two, really, are we going to get another season?

Yeah.

And I was so obsessed with it not failing.

But I would go to school.

My kids are in primary school.

And part of my brain would be like at school, like wondering why people aren't coming up to me asking me about my TV show.

I'm like, guys, you've got a guy with his own TV show.

Public school.

Why aren't you lining up for autographs?

It was pathetic.

So I was like, well, these people don't have their own issues.

So that was just lame.

I remember once I was umpiring my son's under 10 football game and I'd really only do that to get him a kick because he'd just run away from the ball.

I'm like...

The only way I could get him a kick was by umpiring and blowing the whistle and saying he's got a free kick.

So he's chosen basketball now, which is smart for him.

Anyway, so I was annoyed about my ratings.

It was on a Sunday night back then, and I was scared about – I was frightened that no one was going to watch it that night.

And I remember yelling at some other kid on the field, and I think I sent him off.
