We know how competitive he is and we know how good he is.
But to hear him talk about being impressed by
by other guys on the team, such as, you know, Besser and Roenick and Teddy Bluger and Marcus Pedersen, and how they have stepped up in a leadership role and kind of inspiring him to make the same changes.
And the fact that he really wants to be part of this, to me, that's an important thing.
So, you know, until you get the culture right,
The team is not going to do anything.
And maybe it was just an aberration.
We know it was an outlier in terms of performance that season two years ago, the 109 points.
But maybe just a bunch of things came together.

the right mix of players, the right attitudes, the right, have some universal buy-ins, not different standards, not, well, older guys can get away with this because they don't have to do it, but the younger guys got to do it.
That's never going to work.
You have to have this universal culture that applies to everybody, standards that apply to everybody.

The really compelling quote about he wishes that he had done a better job.
But there were a couple of things that he encountered that he didn't expect, but now they've got them sorted out.
I'm not sure what the couple of things are.
