The big thing would have been the culture of this team and the chemistry in that room.

So hopefully they'll continue to work on that because until you get that sorted out,

the idea of winning is pretty hopeless.

And again, that doesn't need to be the objective for next season, like to try to go out and win games and get back towards the playoffs, or at least not the prime objective.

But eventually, you're going to want to be good again, and you need to have the right dressing room to do that.

Well, I'll look forward to being back on with you guys soon and certainly when there's news, which hopefully we won't have to wait long.
