So for me, I think he's an out and out seven.
He's a very good poacher of the ball.
What he offers in a back line, he's like an additional center because he's very good handling.
He's really elusive.
Yeah.
at times I think he tries to do too much and you look at the game against Ireland in the Six Nations we did a great job of just getting him on the ground quickly he's a good offloading game but he doesn't want to be on the ground that's kind of the hard work that you've got to do he'd rather keep the ball alive or take guys on one on one
The style of play that Northampton play really suits him because he's freedom.
You know, he's not tied down to a set structure.
And I think at times in England, he can struggle to find his position because he likes to just get his hands on the ball.
And when you're playing in the Northampton team, you can push other guys out of the way.
They're happy for him to do that.
No, but you look at the chip and chase he did against Bordeaux and who he was up against when he did that, you know, none other than Penno.
Like, that was just a phenomenal piece of skill.
The ability to catch the ball and get it onto your foot and delicately get it into the in-goal area.
And then the sheer athleticism, the speed that he offers is sensational.
Like, and...
single-handedly against Leinster like those big moments where he's got license to go off script and pick a line that he thinks this is on now and it's up to the players around him to then follow him in whereas in another team structure they'd say no we don't want you doing that because if you get tackled
you're most likely going to get turned over because there's not going to be support with you.
Whereas in that Northampton system, he has free reign to do as he pleases.
Yeah, backed it up with a great celebration, the pulse check, which is... The French hate this pulse check.
