These are very savvy business people. These are organized criminal rings. And so once we understand the magnitude of this problem, we can protect people better.

What do you do if you start getting asked to send information that's more sensitive? Even my own father fell victim to a, thank goodness, a smaller dollar scam, but he fell victim and we have these conversations all the time.
